He says there is basically no reason for this to be happening, none of it makes sense, companies are still making money, and so on.

So for those of you with cash, this is a good buying opportunity.

My personal guess is that because this Presidency is in such turmoil, a lot of people who are in the market aren't happy, and so they're currently selling. There are not fundamental, underlying reasons for this current pull back, but it's happening.
