Anyone else bothered that the trump foundation story isn't even mentioned as a

big story of the week?

It's driving me crazy.

They can't do whataboutism regarding this story so it's not mentioned on the weekend network news .

I swear I was watching all 3 network news this am and it was largely that the president wants his wall for security and the dems are blocking it.

Some stories are acknowledging there is chaos with trump. But, it is largely reported as "Washington is a mess the two parties can't play nice".

it's being dismantled and "assets" are being sold off...trump and his odious spawn are being investigated...no more slush fund...and there is nothing the orange clown can do about it except stamp his feet and scream into the void...sometimes a quiet investigation is better than screaming headlines..

The general populace probably wouldn’t follow that story at Christmas time. Plus the courts won’t forget that’s who’s important. There is sooo much other stuff this idiot is doing it’s hard for the media to pick out the most egregious of them

Some people just tune out altogether.

I count on Rachel Maddow to tell us which way to look. She's very thorough and responsible about sourcing, she has great experts that she asks for guidance, and she genuinely cares about our country.

News isn't about informing you. News is about ratings... their goal is to make people watch more news.

Ad spot sales and money....

Information is the least thing they do..... unless it involves shaping the narrative to their liking...

that if Trump had a list of 99 things he was concerned and worried about, this wouldn't even make the list because in the grand scope of things that are happening now it is just not that important.

The story's been reported, but the important thing is that the investigation's proceeding. It doesn't need to be reported on a day-to-day basis. We'll hear more as things develop.
