Fifth Avenue is a street with a long and storied history. There's no reason the rest of the world should have to change their stationery, the City should have to change its signage etc., on account of that worthless piece of shit Trump.

I don't know the laws/statutes, etc. but it seems like innocuous signage such as "House of Cards - Only the Best Live Here" would be acceptable.
