1. A senior could use a Medicare voucher to line a birdcage or a

litter box. There isn't a health insurance company in the US that would touch the geriatric crowd - at any price. There's simply no profit in it. I hope Obama and Biden find a way to make this very clear. Seniors of the future will have no healthcare if a voucher system is put in place.
