Idea for a compromise

As much as the idea of compromising with the Resident to any extent galls me, I would just as soon our Federal workers not have to worry about their next few (or few dozen) paychecks. So I suggest the following: We agree to fund a wooden fence along the border, provided that each post is no larger than the Resident's penis. That way, he has something physical to show the base for his efforts, and we're only out the price of a couple palettes of toothpicks. Everyone wins!
