that if it appeared that the President was "working" or "acting" in a way that suggested he was not capable of fulfilling his responsibilities that action could be taken by other administration figures to remove him from office.
Upon further reading and review I have to agree that impeachment is the more proper and readily available way to get rid of IQ45 - the sooner the better!

I wish the 25th amendment applied here, but it doesn't appear to be the case.

We have an erratic, borderline competent person who doesn't appear to be acting in the best interest of the USA. Impeachment is quite slow for this situation.
