Now he's saying "work on that 115 miles is starting next week", but he said two minutes earlier that he was going down to Texas in late January "for the groundbreaking".

Now he's drifting off about Comey and firing him.

On and on and on about negative stuff, "it's a disgrace what's happening in the country, but other than that I wish everybody a Merry Christmas."

14. Procurement doesn't work like that you orange dolt. First of all, no one even knows what the end

product will be. There is no way to submit bids unless the plans have been very specifically drawn up. A more likely scenario is that the feds (DHS?) will accept "proposals" and select what is best suited under their policies. Even then, contractors will have to be vetted to prove they are capable of producing the end results in a set timeline.


This is going to be a gigantic boondoggle of epic proportions. What idiots in the procurement area want to go to jail?
