(21,102 posts)2. Can someone who knows please explain the possible charge of murder?
I read the story and don't understand how the driver of the pickup would be charged with murder.
Thanks

(9,291 posts)3. I saw the noon news.
He was in a semi truck, he hit the car and the car blew up into a ball of fire. I saw how the driver was being recorded for impairment.
He shouldn't have been on anyone's road. Traffic homicide is a thing. My husband is a retired traffic homicide detective. People want to understand how they lost a love one, so an investigation will be completed. Autopsy done. Family members being notified.
Drunk, drugged guy will get his day in court.
