Look how close Rudna, Pruhonice, Ricany, Uvaly, and Jimy are to Prague. Has anyone heard of these cities that border Prague? Isn’t it likely that the source for the Steele dossier might not have known the exact boundaries in the Prague area, and referred to a town on the outskirts as being in Prague?

And wouldn’t that be consistent with today’s report that the cell phone pinged “near” or “outside” Prague?

And wouldn’t that be consistent with Cohen’s insistence that he’d (technically) never been inside Prague?

Is he simply fooling around?

Has Mueller ordered him to publicly deny being in Prague because of the special counsel's case?

Was Cohen technically not in the Czech Republic, but someone else used a phone registered to him while he/she was near Prague?

Was he near the border of the Czech Republic, but not technically in the Czech Republic, and a cell tower registered the call as coming from within the Czech Republic?

I'm sure there are more scenarios and questions that can be asked.
