Give Trump his 5 billion on one condition

He said he didn't care what the wall is called. It should be named "The Stupid Trump Wall" in the legislation and by law must be referred to as that for ever. Trump himself must refer to it that way or the the legislation is voided.

Give him the wall as long as Trump agrees to step down within a week of legislative approval. I am okay with giving the wall an eponymous name. How about Trump's Folly?

- he declares PUBLICLY that every one of his executive orders will be immediately rescinded.
- he declares PUBLICLY that every one of Obama's executive orders that he rescinded will be immediately restored.
- he asks PUBLICLY that the tax cuts for the rich be immediately repealed by Congress.
- he declares PUBLICLY that Matt Whitaker must recuse himself from oversight of the Mueller investigation.
