The lost legion after the battle of carrhae

Can any Du community members recommend actual reading material historical. The only book I found online was historical fiction I have been reading anything I can find about this lost legion whose survivors may have ended up in China ,I find it truly fascinating thank you.

I've tried reading it several times, but have been unable to finish it. It was the first time I ever heard of the myth of the 'lost legions'.

Like most “ancient mysteries” the myth of the lost legion in China appears to be two parts fantasy and one part supposition.
