The vote on who will become speaker hasn't occurred. The Democratic caucus has voted 203-32 for her, but that doesn't make her speaker elect (particularly since 203 votes wouldn't' be enough). She will however be elected speaker on January 3 based on the deal struck with the members that previously did not support her in the caucus vote.
