New Year Resolution: Get the media to say the word "Lies" rather than "Pinocchios".

We are treated like childten and we accept it. I think that treatment turns off a good number of people. Pretty sure we can handle calling out politicians when they lie. ESPECIALLY POTUS. We're 243 years old. Old enough to handle the truth. Old enough to demand the truth. Told to us in adult words.

Other terms to jettison in 2019?

I keep thinking about England's media. They use words far better than we do.

As do those "Pinocchios". You can actually tell where their orders come from and where lines are drawn.

Educating the populace has got to be a goal for 2019.
