New Republican sex ed class: forget abstinence, just "shut the whole thing down"

It solves everything! Teenagers can have sex and not worry about pregnancy, wish I had thought about it!

apparently they can only "shut the whole thing down" if they have the right emotions and such.
so the ones who get pregnant and don't miscarry must have really wanted it (both the pregnancy and the rape, of course).
