I live in a really red, Mormon corner of California, and I have seen two Rmoney stickers and dozens of Obama stickers.
The comments section of the local paper is full of Obama-haters, but I haven't seen a single post actually supporting the Republican ticket.
What's the scene everywhere else?

(13,460 posts)Here in Lexington, KY I see support for both. But it's about equal if not more Obama stickers by just a little, which isn't bad in this red state.

(31,849 posts)and I'd say not much. I saw my first romney bumper-sticker about a week ago. I have seen several anti-(President) Obama bumper-stickers, though.
My other gage would be the on-line comment section of local newspapers - where the most extreme of partisans tend to gather.
Again, I've seen (and commented on my observation) a lot anti-(President) Obama postings; but very, very few pro-r&r postings.
So again, I'd say not much ... even in this red state with a relatively high Mormon population.

(52,126 posts)the two guys at work who i'm sure will vote for rmoney were vocal and happy about their republicanism early in the shrub years, but they have been very quiet about their politics for the last 5 years or so.
they won't change their voting behavior, but at least they understand they should be ashamed of it.

(14,549 posts)Military town, Marines I think and saw no Rmoney stickers on any vehicles. Saw a few Obama 08 and
at least three current Obama/Biden bumper stickers on cars on Highway 15 into Los Angeles.
There are a lot of tourists and military on that road from all over the Country.

(43,049 posts)old Obama ones (Republicans who had McCain stickers bought new cars since then) but a dozen or so Romney yard signs.
No Obama yard signs, but we're waiting till after the convention.
