3. Putin told me our intelligence community is not very smart. Not smart at all.

But he says that I'm super smart. A very tough negotiator. Very tough. He is very afraid of me because no one has been tougher on him. No one. If you name someone tough on Putin, then remember I'm tougher than that guy. He says that when it comes to being tough, I'm the best. Like top tough. On a scale of one to ten, I'm an eleven. So tough. So my intelligence community can go back to school if they think Russia is a problem. A smart school. Probably a school in Russia. Because they're schools are so good. So so good. Not like our schools. Wish someone had the power to fix schools in this country. Don't know who that person would be. If I knew I'd call them. I'd tell them to be smart. Be smart. But well, who knows. Who knows. In other news, we're ending sanctions on Russian oligarchs that are running Russian businesses just like the mob, and ending our treaties with Russia so they can build as many nuclear bombs as they like. Why, because I'm tough on them. So tough.
