Karma for Northam to be forced to give his job to an African American man

I remember during the campaign Northam sent out some fliers that did not include Fairfax’s name. Supposedly it was because some group that supported Northam did not support Fairfax. Justin Fairfax was not happy about the decision.

1. In addition to the karma I'd say there is also some irony.

He's screwed either way. He will resign soon enough. Too often pols try to hang on in these situations but the hopelessness of the predicament compels them to step down.

Sad that his selfishness put a blemish on the party by making us look no better than the racist repugs. If he had stepped down magnanimously and yielded to the AA Lt. Gov. he would have made himself look at least gracious in regret.

the repukes have already set their sights on Fairfax too. I'm thinking HE was the original target. After Fairfax takes Northam's place, they will go after him too.
