He is hurting the Democratic party and if for no other reason he has to go. We are not the Republican party who will tolerate racists, homophobes, anti-semites, sexists, and xenophobes, et cetera in their leadership. Every day Ralph Northam stays on he muddies that message. How incredibly selfish for him to believe he is more important than the party.


If Ralph Northam really cares about the issues he professes to he will hold a joint press conference with Lieutenant Governor Justin Fairfax, resign, and let the healing and reconciliation begin.

the members at large, demand the party elders tear up his membership card and put him out on an ice float?
Take away all party privileges- access to money through the party and the party election campaign mechanism?

Everyone has a little racist in them, it's human unfortunately because of the ongoing society that teaches it. People can change or not or even get worst, but I feel that Northam has or is still evolving from his past.

I really don't care if he changed or not. He can heal as a private citizen. None of us have a right to public office. All I care about is when I turn on the television or go to news sites on the internet Ralph Northam is the focus.
