by tomorrow they'll stop talking about the SOTU address. I'm over it already. Let's move on to the investigations and more indictments.

What really has been upsetting me lately watching the cable news shows is that even when they have a talking head answering a question or making a comment - they keep panning through picture after picture of Trump. I'm tired of seeing his mug all the time - especially the ones where it looks like he looks cocky and arrogant. It's almost like they are subliminally conditioning us to make him a permanent fixture as president.

1. Read a book instead. Can you get out to a library?

If not, look into Kindle. Watching cable TV is not mandatory — or even wise.

3. It is amazing what you can check out of a library when the

library as eBooks and audiobooks. You don't even have to have a kindle or mp3 player. With the Libby ap you can read/listen on your phone, IPad, computer, whatever. All you need is a library membership/card.

I will confess that I own more than one kindle and have one dedicated to just library books. I download and transfer the eBooks onto it with a USB cord and, as long as I don't activate the wifi, books stay on it until I delete them off. It comes in handy when I find a new series that I want to read because I can load it up and read right through the series.
