"...intentional attempt to deceive.."

That was a charge made by Senator Bob Casey (D- PA) this afternoon.

He was referring to comments made by Donald Trump about trying to tell his supporters that the good economy depended on whether or not he is investigated? Paraphrasing, Donald Trump was attempting to stop the investigations into the Executive Branch by the new Democratic Congress.

Perhaps unrelated, but today the House Intel Committee, led by Adam Schiff, sent transcripts of testimony given by high-ranking White House officials, including Jared Kushner and former campaign chair, Corey Lewandowski. I think Hope Hicks also had given sworn testimony to the House Intel Committee, when it was led by Devin Nunes and the Republicans, largely guided by the White House?

In my opinion, they should expand the investigation. A large crime family is attempting to influence the investigation by the US Congress? Perhaps there are insidious forces within the US Congress, and perhaps within the House Intel Committee itself?

There was no excuse for Nunez and the Republicans to have withheld information from the Special Counsel.

The investigation should continue.
