Hillary Clinton Lauds Pelosi: 'It Often Takes a Woman to Get the Job Done'

by Pardes Seleh | Feb 8th, 2019, 4:37 pm

Hillary Clinton spoke highly of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi in a video for the 2019 MAKERS Conference, a women’s empowerment event hosted at the Monarch Beach Resort in Dana Point, CA.

“As Speaker Nancy Pelosi– doesn’t that sound great?– has proved yet again, it often takes a woman to get the job done,” she said. The feelings in recent years seem mutual; Pelosi had endorsed Clinton for the presidency back in 2016. Clinton added the “unfinished business” of the 21st century will be empowering women and girls, and suggested she plans to stay in the progressive political sphere.

“So here’s to the work ahead,” she said. “And I look forward to working with you, every step of the way.”

Other speakers at the three-day political event included celebrities such as Jennifer Garner, actress Jameela Jamil, and Ciara, among others.

whats going on. She'll put you in contact with the man in charge when its time to sign an agreement and you'll know what's important to him when you walk in the door to his office.

Who knew the company better than the CEO and she'd been there longer, since the original company before the first takeover. The regional manager was a pubican dickhead who I loathed dealing with. He actually had the temerity to discuss politics with his management and sales force. And if you didn't agree there was subtle and not so subtle retaliation.

Whenever I needed anything from regional all I had to do was contact her. Everyone did. Or tried to as a first resort. Except the other pubican dickheads trying to grease the RM. And they all deserved each other. The company changed hands a second time soon after I retired - and just in time. After selling their souls for their corporate pubican dreams of wealth and dominance I don't think they came out of the takeover too well.

They actually believed in PNAC and the "New American Century" and it turned out to be not even an American decade. And now just look at us - donald j trump and the entire gop party traitors. Pitiful.

else actually does the work that gets them to the highest level of their incompetence. Seen it so many times. If they'd only let their teams do what they do best.

It has been a tremendous loss for our country that she wasn't permitted to take her rightful place in the Oval Office. Think of the difference to what we're experiencing now--night and day!
