Schultz, like Trump, is not popular in his hometown, and may regret putting himself so far into the spotlight. What it exposes is not very attractive.

(6,212 posts)owners follow. The thing Schultz followed in his actions was the money. They willingly take from their communities yet give nothing back. This country already has one such person in the White House we don't deserve another.

(41,916 posts)Shultz is typical Seattle politics to me. We vote against a Stadium, we get one anyway, we dont like the idea of a Tunnel, we get one anyway. Then we get a tunnel with a poll. We hear the West Seattle green belt is up for sale. We have inadequate freeways, byways and city streets, yet are building to increase density. Parking. Oh my god parking is crap.
I still love my city.
The Seattle Sonics though, nobody is going to forgive him for that. The complete mismanagement was beyond belief, EVEN for Seattle.
He isnt even a contender in my mind, but that was an interesting read, thank you.
