The Con is afraid of Elizabeth Warren

If her only issue is about her ethnicity, she will beat him hands down.
She will handle him the way a professor handles a student who believes the National Enquirer is a text that can be cited.

She has a good chance of becoming the first female President.

Obviously he will have to be confronted directly, but making the campaign about Trump is doing him a favor. A lot of struggling people voted for Obama and then Trump. They could easily swing back to Warren or any other Dem who focuses on improving their economic realities first and foremost.

Robert Mueller, the SDNY, the NY AG, the Maryland AG.

He would love to concentrate on campaigning for 2020 and just do campaign rallies, no matter who the Democratic opponent is.

The only way we lose in 2020 is if we fight among ourselves.

The Trumpers who aren't getting back the tax refunds they expected should also help Elizabeth.

He’s obviously homophobic - or his followers at least are - nothing worse to that type than being labeled girly. Lol or, a Nancy boy! Wish we could call him that without being called assholes ourselves because as much as he hates Pelosi, that would totally get under his skin.

who thought they could undermine Nancy Pelosi and keep her from being the Speaker. That taint will be with them for a long time. There is a reason why there are so many strong, smart women in congress - that's what the voters wanted!

But her other candidate skills seem C grade at best. Her handling of the DNA test her false statements about never having called herself a native American do not speak well of her at all just in terms of candidate skills.

Remember how poorly John Kerry handled the swift boating thing. How silly Michael Dukakis looked in that snoopy hat and tank. How wooden Al Gore was in debate.

Candidate skills matter. Warren has one of them down pat ... the speechifying thing. But the rest, so far count me completely unimpressed.

Trump is predictable in the sense he employs the same tactics over and over again.

When he constantly uses the same attack line, it's because he knows it works - and this is working or he wouldn't continue to throw it out there. It's why he fixated so heavily on Clinton's e-mails in 2016 and, sadly, it worked. It was absolutely Clinton's most vulnerable area and Trump, time and time again, hit at it and ruined her credibility - even conflating two separate issues: the actual e-mail scandal from when she was in the Obama administration and the campaign e-mails that were hacked by the Russians. I'd be willing to bet many Americans thought they were the same e-mails.

Trump sees Warren's most vulnerable point and he's going to hit at it over and over and over again.

The fact he continues to employ this line of attack, despite many already calling it racist, indicates to me he knows it works. And, you know what? The polls would suggest he's right - as Warren has some of the poorer head-to-head numbers against Trump despite being a well-known candidate.
