30. That's not my reading of it. I used to read Black Library novels and the Emperor

is a savior like figure that nearly all of humanity worships. If this artist wanted to create a satirical piece, he could have done a LOT, the least of which is present Trump as a different character in the universe, like Horus or Abaddon. Both of those characters betrayed humanity, waged a war on behalf of evil gods that wanted to destroy humanity and consume their souls.

The Emperor literally wants to save humanity from these devious and evil chaos gods and usher in a new golden age of science and secularism (the Imperial Truth). He's betrayed by his son Horus, and seriously wounded, which effectively sabotage's his grand plan for humanity.
