IMO....There is only 1 National Emergency facing our Country!

And thats Mitch McConnell Neck and Chin.. Funds must be appropriated to fix this problem immediately.
As a matter of fact if Trump does not find funding for Mitch's Surgery..

I Buster J Brown will personally organize a Go Fund Me Drive for Mitch's Surgery.
