without saying that she didn't make the thing happen? Do you hold all politicians to that standard?

And do you think Amazon pulling out was bad? Because fuck that anti-union company.

She'll be pointed to by Republicans as a causal reason, regardless of her role.

As to my feelings about their departure: most New Yorkers, including most people in Queens supported the deal. This will be framed as "out of touch" Democrats in safe Blue districts throwing away jobs that Americans need. Doesn't help out upcoming Presidential campaign in the rustbelt States.

Manchin can vote to restrict abortion because he lives in a kind of red state.
AOC should not talk about being pro-worker because people think Amazon will be a good employer.

Why even have a platform?

because she has a rare ability that few on the left have, the ability to change the right wing narrative.

Al Franken had that ability, Speaker Pelosi has that ability.

The power of the right wing corporate controlled M$M is always overlooked, it's why Democrats always fight an uphill battle. When Democrats start agreeing with Republicans that AOC is a liability it will be a sad day for the Democratic party. We need to have her back.

Some of us who have lived through these power shifts, don’t want our party to move too far to the left. If we don’t play our cards right, we could lose the house again.

That's a conservative myth because they fear the country will never swing back oligarchical.

What is meant by 'too far left'.
This old girl only 'knows right or wrong'.
Micheal Moore says we should stop being center and to choose a side.

Have they talked to Jeff Bezos, as any good journalist might do?

Perhaps he could build a new sports stadium in the Queens and get the taxpayers to pay for that, also?

in teachers, infrastructure etc. That led them to ripping into her, because that 3 or 4bn were tax breaks, not actual money given by NY. It was a lack of understanding by AOC.

Just saying....

That is exactly what a Trump supporter said to me about Trump: "He may be a buffoon and a criminal but he makes libs cry"

I don't think an elected official's tweets and extreme positions are more important than the actions they take to help people. At the end of the day, in my opinion, it is about how many people you helped and not about how many people you infuriated.
