GOPers need that 30% to add to the ultra-greedy in order to have a chance at winning elections. Couple the gullible, the perpetually hate-filled, the multi-millionaires and those who want to be, with a well-financed propaganda machine, voter purges, voter suppression, gerrymandering and probable electronic "discrepancies", and you have a formula for fascist, minority rule of, by and for the oligarchs of America.
