In a comment that you can bet is going to be cited in lawsuits against this national emergency, Trump admits, "I didn't need to do this, but I'd rather do it much faster."

I’m getting the impression that he’s looking to be forbidden to build his fence. That way, he tried, but the so called swamp prevented him.

But he’s like a bull in a china shop. Havoc is fine so long as he gets to do whatever pleases his cholesterol clogged heart.
