Supreme court siding with Trump on national emergency will be toxic for their future

I already believe we would be justified in repealing the legislative filibuster and reforming the supreme court once we have all 3 wings of government back, but if the supreme court sides with Trump on this one than there is will be no excuse not too. Republicans have striped away every norm and courtesy except the legislative filibuster probably because they know it will benefit us in the long run. If this supreme court upholds Trumps fake emergency with the solution to his fake emergency being a project that will take decades if not a lifetime to complete there is no reason for Democrats to honor the legislative filibuster once they control the government again.

Mark Judge and he should be subpoenaed and perjury charges should follow.
