GOP consultant in interview: "Yes. The President lies. All. The. Time. ... So what?"

https://www.rawstory.com/2019/02/gop-consultant-bizarrely-defends-trumps-wall-money-grab-hes-man-word-many-ways-going-lie/

“I think Trump is a man of his word in many ways and I think this wall issue — he doesn’t want to let it go away,” she explained. “He’s going to lie, pull out all the stops. I don’t think he cares about the numbers or governing. I think he cares about being well-liked and this is a simple fact now.”

“He’s going to really focus on his re-election,” she continued. “If it means lying, abandoning people like Ann Coulter and embracing those who embrace him like [Sean] Hannity, he’s going to do whatever it takes. The power of the incumbency is with him. Any challenger who comes at him right now is just dead in the water already.”

KGOP repubes like to pretend they are "holy" and "morally superior." But that's a lie of satanic proportions, as this republican wanker again makes plain.

republicans should stop pissing on the Bible they claim they respect, and try reading it some time. "Thou Shalt Not Lie." That command is right in there. Trust me. Or look for yourself. Are republicans too stupid to understand that? Or is it, rather, that they all have a perverse inner compulsion to go to Hell and hang out with satan, and continue to submissively follow his "teachings"? Freaky (R)

"That was the ultimate subtlety: consciously to induce unconsciousness, and then, once again, to become unconscious of the act of hypnosis you had just performed. Even to understand the word ‘doublethink’ involved the use of doublethink."

"Doublethink means the power of holding two contradictory beliefs in one's mind simultaneously, and accepting both of them. […] The process has to be conscious, or it would not be carried out with sufficient precision, but it also has to be unconscious, or it would bring with it a feeling of falsity and hence of guilt."
