Firstly I thought the great orange one had defeated ISIS
Secondly - you do not get your allies to do what you want by threatening that if we do not our streets will be run amok by members of a murder death cult...

If he were any kind of efficient, he would put his ISIS buddies on the Mexican border. They would not only kill off people trying to cross, they would also kill off people living on our side who don't want to move to make way from some stupid wall.
