The sale allowed tRump to pay Deutschebank the $100MM it owed them, and then talk them into a $600MM line of credit.
Since the election, however, he reportedly acted as a broker for Putin's 19.3% interest in the Russian State Gas Company. The brokerage fee was about $1B. It was later announced that Putie successfully sold his interest to the Government of Qatar, and two previously unknown participants of the infamous tRump Tower Meetings turned up to be (per security tape) members of the Qatar Government. I'm thinking tRump might have left that brokerage fee overseas.
Furthermore, I'm thinking that all the jacked up rents for tRump hotels and resorts are being off shored, while suppliers starve. The tRump Hotel in Washington, for example has been completed for 2 years. It's known that if you want access to tRump, you stay in that hotel. Still, contractors have filed $50MM in construction liens, as the tenant improvements on the old Post Office Building have not been paid for.
I think tRump and spawn are aware enough to realize many of their assets here in the States (at least those with Dem governors) will be seized. Which will leave them only with the billions they have off shored. tRump will go to Mueller's office and use his remaining two years in office as leverage. They will leave quietly if the Secret Service will look the other way.
