Whenever I read about the 9/11 claims he made I just want to scream. I lived and worked there during 9/11 and watched the whole thing go down from Greenwich Village. it was one of the most horrifying days of my life. I will never forget walking back uptown in silence with people from ground zero who were covered with debris and just shell-shocked into complete silence. The looks on their faces were haunted beyond belief.

It makes me sick how he took such a tragedy and decided to make it all about him. He is such a disgusting opportunist. I hate him so very much.

it was so horrifying watching it on TV I can't imagine being there. I also hate him so very much as he has absolutely no redeeming values.

It was, but it was so overwhelming that we were all in shock. It was bizarre walking back home uptown. Everyone was completely silent. I will never forget the look in people's eyes - just shell shocked. Nobody interacted. It was this silent march of doom away from downtown. It was just so strange.

For weeks I walked about 50 blocks to work or took a cab because I was too terrified to take the subway. Everything made us flinch. I remember being in a subway at one point when it stopped in between stations and everyone just screamed because the lights went off. We didn't know if it was a single attack or if it was going to happen again. I also went to dinner at an Indian restaurant and they turned the lights off and turned a strobe light on for someone's birthday and again, everyone started screaming. People were really freaked out for a long time. I took a while to get back to normal.
