We Dems are playing by the rules. If we lose, America is over.

Trump's recent "emergency" is the most recent, gigantic, "fuck you" to the Constitution. The fact that he hasn't been dragged kicking and screaming from the White House in a straight jacket tells us where we are.

And it's not just Trump. It's the entire Republican Party. Over the past 30-40 years, they have become a criminal organization. They pass whatever voter suppression laws they want to pass in many states.

They impeached a president for a blow job. (How many of them would be in congress if getting or giving a blow job were a disqualifying standard?)

They pass tax laws to give gifts billions to the haves, while they steal benefits from the have nots. (Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, food stamps, Veteran's benefits, federal pensions, and so, so many more worthy retirement payments.) This is not "government 'charity,'" They are earned benefits for people who spent their careers working for the government, and others who would starve to death without government assistance.

There's nothing in the Constitution to prevent the appointment of demented, wingnut Federal judges to every district in the country. And Trump has been doing that for two years.

Our own Constitution has allowed a madman to run amok and fuck up the judicial system of America.

Even if, in 2020, we win the presidency and the entire congress, we are still going to have a wingnut judiciary that will do every thing possible to fuck up democracy.

And let's not forget that McConnell blocked Obama's pick for the Supreme Court simply because he could. That wasn't unconstitutional. But it was a one of the most despicable uses of power in American history.

This Trump "emergency" thing is probably not Constitutional. But the Constitution doesn't say anything about depressing votes in many states. (Not to mention stolen votes, lost votes and electronically changed votes.)

And even if we vote him out, we're still stuck with the courts. Trump has appointed many judges to the federal courts in every district in the country. And they will spend years fucking up the true meaning of the Constitution.

Yeah, maybe we'll win the presidency and the Senate in 2020. But the Trump chosen federal judges will fuck us for years to come.

Anyhow, that's what the Constitution says. However, ... judges are subject to impeachment.

If/when we Dems regain power in 2020, we can fix much of the damage. But when it comes to federal courts throughout the country, impeachment of judges should be on the table if/when they they do their best to fuck up America.

Increasing the size of the judiciary is another matter though. assuming we ever get control of the Senate again.

Because if it is not explicitly illegal and blocked, they WILL exploit it.

The list of offenses from that cretin are long and undistinguished, but start with tax return releases and removal from any and all business interests as prerequisites for being on the ballot and work backwards from there...
