Yes, while the ACA was still a work in progress, he said " if you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor". After 62 Republican changes to the actual law, this was not really true. But hardly a lie. Most people lost their doctor because their current health care did not meet ACA minimum standards. The Right trotted out people claiming they were only paying $50 a month for health insurance, and now with the ACA it was a lot more. That must have been some quality insurance for $50 a month. And yet, these are the people that claimed he lied.
