Of all the McCabe interviews, I think Nicole Wallace's was the best

Yes, I know she is a "mainstream" Repug at heart, but she really did her homework.

She had read the book and had relevant 'stickies' throughout so as to direct her pointed questions.

Plus - got him to color visibly when she threw out a query about Flynn and how that relates to everything, including McCabe's position in that time frame.

She devoted more than half the show time to thoroughly interview him. Not for any snide remarks or jokes - just for info.

She is good.

However, I will quit her when she quits sanity in order to follow Kasich or whoever tries to destroy Trump.

This is the fourth one I have seen and she asked different sorts of questions from an insider's perspective. I think that is what made this particular interview stand out. I hope someone posts it since it is worth the watch.

for her role in the Bush administration. She was a part of the McCain/Palin presidential campaign but she did not agree with Palin, she fought with Palin and ended up not voting in the election because she was so displeased with the campaign.

Can't remember the question but I think he said something like "I was wondering if you were going to ask about that." His usual impassive visage changed.

Nicole was brilliant, she proved to me beyond the shadow of a doubt that there is no one better in cable news.

She uncovered, actually her super duper guests uncovered, a tremendous new fact. Andrew McCabe didn't just open up FBI investigations into obstruction of justice and collusion with Russia into Donald Trump, that's not what McCabe did. What McCabe did was brilliant, he added Trump's name to the ongoing Russian investigation, he didn't open separate investigations. This move forced Rosenstein to appoint a special council, Robert Mueller.

Again, think about what McCabe did, he added Trump's name to a counterintelligence Russian collusion investigation. This gave Mueller tremendous powers. If he wanted to Mueller could have gotten a FISA warrant against Trump, he didn't do that I don't believe, but my god what McCabe did took tremendous guts.

What McCabe did is going to make it very hard for anyone to just shut down the Mueller investigation.

We all owe Andrew McCabe a great big hug, or thank you.

Nicole Wallace rocks, no one is close to her in cable news.

I don't know why it took me so long to think of it, but I've started DVRing her show (it's on at an inconvenient time for me on the West Coast) so I can watch it. I love it and I love her! She has great guests, she is very quick to laugh at and mock spineless Republicans, and it's just an enjoyable show to watch. No long monologue at the beginning (although I do usually enjoy Rachel's, for the context), she just gets right to it. I think her show is awesome.

and I agree her work in the WH for Bush43 allowed her to understand and question McCabe better. She got new info out of McCabe that he and his leadership group have seen and read the original "screed" Trump and/or Stephen Miller wrote on why Comey should be fired. She also elicited that both Trump and the obstruction of justice investigation were added to the original counterintelligence full investigation into Russian interference in the election. That got Frank Figluzzi so excited, thought he was going to break out in a happy dance.

It's just too bad we couldn't have heard the "green room" discussion among McCabe, Miller and Figluzzi.

For McCabe to add Trump's name to an ongoing counterintelligence investigation meant that he had to have some pretty convincing facts to make that move.

No wonder Trump is attacking McCabe and his wife. I feel a lot better now. Mueller had free reins to go after Trump. He most likely has his tax returns and who knows what else?

I got elected to our borough's council. I bucked the town's local goons who wanted to put a coal cleaning plant in a flood plain. I'm telling you that I spent a lot of sleepless nights for doing what was right.

I only felt a glimpse of what Andrew McCabe must have felt. He was the little Dutch boy who put his finger in the dike to save the town. I hope that because of McCabe justice is served, or karma takes over.
