We know the deadline for Mueller's team is tonight. Midnight or maybe 3 AM Eastern.

But that doesn't mean the court has to finish redacting it tonight to release it tonight.

but it doesn't necessarily have to be released to the public by then. There may be some redactions or other procedures going on.

11. Yes, that sounds odd.

When I had to deal with the federal courts back in another life (and before electronic filing), stuff had to be filed with the clerk's office by 5:00 pm local time. I recall a number of frantic dashes to the courthouse, either by me personally or by a courier, to make that deadline.
