Did Mueller submit the Manafort sentencing document?

I couldn't stay up last night. Everyone was waiting for Mueller's midnight deadline to submit the Manafort sentencing report, but nobody is talking about it today.

1. There has been no news.

The main guess is that it was submitted to the court (because there was a deadline) but that the court needs time to review the redactions before publication. They may have all gone to sleep before working on that. We're just speculating though.

It’s just not public. Perhaps a redacted version will be released. Perhaps not.

And the judge is still weighing what redactions to include.

Redactions are good—that means that there are still a lot of targets and subjects Mueller doesn’t want to tip off.
