Kushner Cos. Seeks Federal Loan in Biggest Deal in Decade

Kushner Cos., the real estate firm owned by the family of President Donald Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner, has sought financing from federally-owned lenders for its biggest purchase in a decade.

The company has been in talks with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac about a loan for a $1.15 billion purchase of apartments in Maryland and Virginia, according to two people familiar with the discussions, who asked not to be named discussing a private transaction. Kushner Cos.’ latest deal is for 6,030 apartments across 16 properties in Maryland and Virginia ...

Such a deal would increase Kushner Cos.’ exposure to government-backed mortgages at the same time its former chief executive officer is one of the most powerful people in the White House. Jared Kushner divested ownership in many of the company’s assets to close family members when he joined the government.

President Trump appointed Joseph Otting to oversee the Federal Housing Finance Agency, which regulates Fannie and Freddie. Otting previously served as CEO of OneWest Bank, founded by now-Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, an ally of Kushner’s in the West Wing.

First, Jared gets bailed out of the worst RE deal of the century by Saudis, and now he gets a Trumpbuddy to back a new deal.

heavily mortgaged property? He has no cash. All he has is paper; and until the Saudi's bailed him out with a loan on that heavily indebted dilapidated property that he owns in New Jersey, he had nothing but a failing newspaper, The Observer, which also was failing and not making any money. Which is probably why he couldn't get a Top Secret Security Clearance for so long.

When you're heavily indebted, that makes you a poor security risk, because you would do anything out of desperation to get yourself out of the hole you've dug for yourself, like trying to set up secret back lines of communications with the Russians. And once you've established those secret backlines of communications with the Russians, the next step would include anything including selling out your country to the Russians. Making hush loan deals with the Saudi's and getting your also corrupt father-in-law to look the other way when they murder U.S. residents. Make backroom deals to sell our nuclear technology to the Saudis, something that the US has never done in the past because they consider a nuclear armed Saudi Arabia to be a threat to our nation and our allies. Attend secret meetings in the Sechelles to plan only God knows what. The entire family and much of the administration is corrupt. God help us all.

Jared is walled off from the business and knows nothing about it. Do they really expect anyone to believe that. They are grifters like the trumps and fit well together.

In that photo standing next to each other if trump is 6'3" Jared must be 6'6" and we know he's not.
