Laurence Tribe asks why his former student Ted Cruz's campaign gave U.S. voter data to Russians.

Let's all join Tribe in demanding an answer.

ON EDIT: From what I've seen now, it seems the claim is he did this during the run-up to the 2018 election.

Memo to @TedCruz: As your former HLS constitutional law professor, and a US citizen as well, I trust you’ll copy me on your reply to @jennycohn1. I’m genuinely curious. — Larry Tribe

Dear @TedCruz: As a US citizen, I demand to know why your campaign gave US voter data to a guy in Russia named Yaroslav Leontenko.

I encourage all of my followers & everyone who else who sees this post to do the same. I look forward to ur response. cc: @BetoORourke @VickerySec

The source of this information is @VickerySec, the director of cybersecurity at Upguard, who has testified to Parliament about Brexit and Cambridge Analytica/SCL and who also has discovered at least 3 massive voter data leaks since 2015.

In other words, AggregateIQ's development notes indicate the Ted Cruz campaign gave voter data to a guy in Russia. Yarek's co-worker "outed" his location in a December 2017 message.
The same guy literally wrote code into Ted Cruz's phone app.@tedcruz I want answers.

I was born in Texas. I lived in Texas for the first 32 years of my life. While I may not be a current constituent of Senator Cruz, my accrued time as a resident of the state should be worth an answer from Ted on this matter.
Mr. Senator (@tedcruz), I am demanding an explanation.

They don't like Mexicans coming to the USA because they claim they steal jobs from Americans. But they do not seem to have a problem employing Russians - not Americans - to help them with their campaigns.
