More often than not lately, I find myself very reluctant to even begin to

dig into the latest outrage rising out of the Trump regime like yet another noxious and nauseating mushroom cloud. While I care deeply about the moral bankruptcy afflicting our government, I have nearly ceased to care about the near-daily new scandals. We are past the point where they really even matter insofar as they might indicate what should be done; what course we, as citizens who care about the future of our nation, our children, our grandchildren should be pursuing. We know. We may not want to admit it or talk about it, but we know.

After months and months of trying to sip from the firehose stream of corruption, ignorance and betrayal spewing from the White House occupant and to deal with the individual atrocities, it is time to stop the flood at its source. But, the sociopathic fire hydrant that is Donald Trump does not just need to be shut off; it must be ripped from the national landscape and the void left by its removal filled in by a newly awakened citizenry determined that no disciple shall take his place.

Anything less will be an admission that we don't really believe all those high-sounding words still readable on those yellowed old documents under glass in the National Archives---and that liberty is just too costly.

Maybe the fart of an immense dog who's been eating road kill and cat poop out of the litter box. And he does it in a closed room and you can't get out. Somehow we need to open the window.

And I agree. The daily onslaughts are just too much to hear all the grisly details involved.

He must go, the sooner the better.

Hang in there. I honestly believe that relief is coming, though from where, I'm not sure.

It isn't normalization either, it is just the constant crap that is coming from the W House. CONSTANT! It is just as bad as it was two years ago and isn't going away any time soon. It is exhausting to listen to and process. I feel like every day I am studying for an exam in Civics, Law, History, Poli Sci, Ethics, etc. just to keep up.

behind the scenes. I just read where Pruitt at EPA made a rule that only research made public will be allowed for consideration of policy. Due to government rules on privacy and ethics, all but industry research will be allowed. This is just one item I wish the news was discussing. This is life and death as are many changes being made.

Everyday, I say to myself, "NO NEWS TODAY." Yet, I find myself logging on because in the back of my brain, my sense of civic responsibility demands that I look to see what it is that he's effed up today.

I find myself changing and NOT in good ways. Anymore, I'm always on edge, anxious and more and more often, angry. ALL. THE. TIME. I feel like all of us are being robbed of our mental health by this illegitimate interloping buffoon in the WH.

Lie after lie. Scandal after scandal. Treason. Corruption. Betrayal. Stupidity. Nepotism of nincompoops noxious enough to gag on. Ego taller than the southern face of Mt. Everest. Greed. Racism. An endless parade of toxic, poisonous nonsense, bollocks and BS.

We are all under siege, being stripped daily of our ability to compensate for the insanity of this administration AND it's adherents who keep trying to normalize it.

There are days I don't even want to get out of bed.

alone in your perspectives, they're common. And we are 'under siege' but must try to remain hopeful. Like many others, I find breaks and positive activities when possible, very helpful in these difficult times.

The divisions are quite clearly set now. Those who still believe in him will never see the light. And not one of all the person who dislikes him will ever change their mind about him.

We can relax on that account and stop stressing over every shit he takes. Let’s just get him and his corrupt friends out of our government

even if we get through this, even if we right all the wrongs done by this monster idiot, we as a country will have to live forever with the whole world knowing how incredibly stupid so much of our population is.

We cannot be thankful enough that we helped ourselves out by actually getting out and voting in the midterms. It's our only weapon right now.
