pattern of racketeering activity that exists throughout the Trump crime family. And to convict on under RICO, a pattern is enough to make a racketeering prosecution under the Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organizations statute. Conviction would also trigger the asset forfeiture provisions of RICO against Trump and any other Trump related business dealings that had assets used in connection with crimes.
