There is no more Obamacare
This is what right wingers believe. My stepdad just told me my mom’s insurance capped and they have no more coverage. I told him that is impossible because of Obamacare. “There is no more Obamacare,” he said!
So some agent sold them a bogus policy in Texas? Or he doesn’t know what he’s talking about! That’s how much they hate Obama. They would rather have a cap on their insurance or be denied for a preexisting condition than have anything associated with Obama.

1. It is a lie, unless they bought one of those catostrophic polices. In addition, the new tax law,
removed the ACA mandate, so premiums are probably even higher than they were

2. I wonder how many people realize that removing the mandate....
was akin to saying no driver under 30 has to pay auto insurance. They can if they want, but they don't HAVE to.
One day....hopefully sooner than later, rational people will be in charge. |

7. not sure, but it isn't a good thing. Without the mandate premiums will definitely go up higher than
they already are

That’s gonna be bad news.

5. Funny, you'd think the 'catastrophic policy' is the one WITHOUT the cap ... lol ... (nt)

6. I could be wrong but IIRC they can still have certain annual limits and still be ACA compliant
I think it's the lifetime caps that were totally banned.
I could be wrong though. |

9. It's possible their state allowed the sale of junk insurance, which is one of the changes
the GOP has made.
