He is a compulsive liar...even more than Cohen. All they need to do is get him in there on any one of these issues and they know he will perjure himself.
I think until it happens under oath, right to their own questions, he will keep getting away with it.

Executive privilege would apply. Since the legislative and executive branches are separate but equal, under the constitution, Congress can't compel the President to do much of anything, really.
