Who is the older gentleman sitting behind Michael Cohen on his left side during the congressional questioning? An attorney?

1. Also, who was the animated blonde lady behind this gentleman? It seemed like every time Cohen

made a good point she smiled and nodded her head, while most of the group was more stoic. After the recess she was even more visible and the camera angle showed her more clearly. I thought maybe she was a Cohen relative or maybe part of the legal team that was taking advantage of the camera to bolster Cohen's case to the viewers. In other words reinforcing whatever point he was making.

Also, did anyone notice the police officer removing the black male from behind the Cohen legal team? It happened after lunch. I had not noticed the young man doing anything in particular, so I thought that was odd.
