2. Just within the last week or two it was back in the news, there were stories about how Trump's WH

was trying to jam through the technology transfer without Congress's involvement even though it is against US law (and for good reason -- the potential for nuclear weapon proliferation). The Saudis know the clock is ticking and Trump's replacement won't roll over like a dog the way Trump and Kushner do.
