The Democratic concept of a sanctuary vs the reTHUG one

Both the Democratic concept of a sanctuary and the reTHUG one I think perfectly reflects the values of both groups. .

We believe that all human beings, regardless of national origin, are entitled to free movement, fair, compassionate treatment, and should never be criminalized and/or victimized by archaic or draconian legal or physical barriers.

Conversely, the reTHUGs define a sanctuary as a place where people are free to own as many guns as they want, should be equally free to trade or sell said guns to anyone on a whim, and where the gun owners "rights" supersedes the safety of the larger community.

Is that about the size of it?
