It simply means the DOJ doesn't have any issues with the documents or people being looked at by Congress. That means the DOJ has already looked or talked to them and the DOJ is finished with that part of their investigation. People seem to think Congress has more power to investigate than the DOJ. They don't. They have far less.

They signed off. Do not think Nadler would go forward without the approval of both of them. They are being very careful not to interfere in the Mueller investigation. Nadler made that clear on Sunday. I heard him ay it.

the SDNY investigations more than Mueller's. trump can't stop the SDNY investigations either. Mueller is giving them everything which means the evidence will be investigated even if he gets fired. Focus on the SDNY.
