**BBC: Poisoning The World From the U.S.A - The Devil we Know (Video)**

How 3M and DuPont have made billions by exposing us to a toxic chemical which causes cancer and birth defects and is now found in the blood of 99.7% of Americans.

A Storyville documentary following a group of citizens in West Virginia who take on a corporation after they discover it has been dumping a toxic chemical into the water supply.

Storyville: Poisoning America – The Devil We Know
9pm, BBC Four
A cautionary tale about the impact of a chemical company’s actions on human lives, this powerful Storyville chronicles one of the largest class-action suits in the history of environmental law. It concerns the toxic legacy of a chemical called C8, which was dumped in the water supply around the DuPont plant in West Virginia during the late 90s. At first, farmers noticed strange deaths among their livestock. Before long, children were born with deformities and cancers began to multiply.

I watched this video and it made me think.... people blame vaccines for autism which is of course disproved. Meanwhile these huge corporations (Dupont, 3M, Monsanto, etc.) are poisoning us for real. I stopped using teflon years ago because there were some stories about it. I don't use any of those coated pans.

the people who were working to stop the harmful chemicals in their drinking water and water shed. The drinking water in towns along the Ohio River in West Virginia and Ohio was contaminated by DuPont and they knew for decades. DuPont killed people but didn't care as long as their bottom line was healthy.
