Almost everything at stake is much bigger than how much time Manafort spends in prison. Much as I'd like to know he'd, appropriately, spend the rest of his life there.

Proportional sentencing should consider the number of people affected. Stealing a state election is incredibly more hurtful than stealing a trailer of liquor, doesn't matter if it's valued at half a million.
